TERMS & CONDITIONS

A legal disclaimer

​This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Bin Busters LLC (“Company”) and the customer purchasing services (“Customer”). By purchasing any service or enrolling in any subscription plan, Customer agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Services

Bin Busters LLC provides professional trash, recycling, and compost bin cleaning services and related exterior cleaning services in Washington State.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, operational capacity, and safety considerations. Company reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or discontinue service at its discretion.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees that:

  • Bins will be completely empty at time of service.

  • Bins will be placed curbside and fully accessible unless otherwise agreed.

  • Gates will be unlocked and pets secured.

  • The service area will be safe and free of hazards.

If bins are not accessible, not empty, or the service area is unsafe at the scheduled time, the visit will be deemed completed and is non-refundable.

3. Payment Authorization

  • By providing payment information, Customer:

  • Authorizes Company to charge the payment method on file.

  • Authorizes recurring charges for subscription services.

  • Agrees to maintain valid payment information.

  • Payment authorization remains in effect until all outstanding balances are satisfied.

  • Declined or failed payments may result in immediate service suspension.

4. Monthly Subscription Plan (Minimum Commitment Required)

  • The $35 Monthly Plan is a discounted rate offered in exchange for a minimum commitment of two (2) consecutive billing cycles.

  • By enrolling in the Monthly Plan, Customer agrees to:

  • Maintain service for at least two (2) billing cycles.

  • Authorize automatic recurring monthly charges.

  • Early Cancellation (Monthly Plan)

  • If Customer cancels before completing two (2) billing cycles:

  • The discounted rate is void.

  • Services performed will be re-priced at the standard one-time rate of $65 per service.

  • Customer authorizes Company to charge the difference.

  • This adjustment is a pricing correction and not a penalty.

  • Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until canceled prior to the next billing date.

5. Annual Prepaid Subscription Plan

Annual Plans are discounted 12-month service agreements paid in full at enrollment.

By enrolling, Customer agrees:

  • To a 12-month service commitment.

  • That the plan is prepaid.

  • That the plan automatically renews annually unless canceled before renewal.

Cancellation (Annual Plan)

Annual Plans are non-refundable after the first completed service.

If canceled before the end of the 12-month term, no prorated refunds or credits will be issued unless required by law.

6. Service Acceptance & Refund Policy

Customer must report any service concern within 24 hours of service completion.

Failure to notify Company within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of service.

Refunds are not guaranteed. Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a re-service, or

  • Issue a partial refund.

7. Property Condition & Damage Disclaimer

Customer acknowledges that:

  • Bins may be weakened due to age, sun exposure, or prior damage.

  • High-pressure cleaning may reveal pre-existing cracks or structural weaknesses.

Company is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Brittle or cracked bins

  • Cosmetic wear

  • Damage resulting from improper placement

  • Hidden hazards

Customer assumes responsibility for maintaining bins in serviceable condition.

8. Environmental & Runoff Acknowledgment

Cleaning involves high-pressure heated water. Some incidental runoff may occur during service.

Customer acknowledges and accepts this as a normal part of the cleaning process.

Company follows responsible wastewater handling practices in accordance with local guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customer agrees to contact Company directly to resolve any billing dispute before initiating a chargeback.

Improper chargebacks constitute breach of this Agreement.

Customer remains responsible for:

  • The full service amount

  • Chargeback fees

  • Administrative costs

  • Collection costs

  • Reasonable attorney’s fees

11. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Any legal action shall be brought in Pierce County, Washington.

12. Entire Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
