REFUND POLICY
One-Time Services

Payment for one-time services is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to qualify for rescheduling.
Once service has been performed, refunds are not guaranteed.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We may, at our sole discretion:

Provide a re-service, or
-
Issue a partial refund
Failure to notify us within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of the service.
Monthly Subscription Plans
Monthly subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis.
The $35 monthly rate requires a minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles.
If a Monthly Plan is canceled before completing the minimum commitment:

​Services performed under the Monthly Plan will be re-priced at the applicable standard one-time service rate in effect at the time of service, including any additional bin fees.

The difference will be charged to the payment method on file.
Refunds are not issued for services already completed.
Annual Subscription Plans
Annual Plans are prepaid 12-month service agreements.
Annual Plans are non-refundable after the first completed service.
If canceled before the end of the 12-month term, no prorated refunds or credits will be issued unless required by law.
Missed or Inaccessible Service
If bins are not empty, not accessible, or the service area is unsafe at the scheduled time, the visit is considered completed and is non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Bin Busters LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Improper chargebacks may result in additional fees and collection actions.
